I took my vehicle to two other shops that "specialized" in VW repair and spent several hundred with both and received zero tangible positive results. IMW provided exact information about what was needed and real-time data about the progress of the repair. The repair ended up being less than quoted and delivered a day later! The best service that I have received in a long time!

Great customer service. Love the waiting area that has 2 small desks that allowed me to work while I waited in my car. Love that fact that they have a touchless tire machine. The shop is a listed as an installer on Tire Rack. I was able to have my tires shipped directly to the shop and have them installed with the peace of mind that my rims wouldn’t get damaged.

Outstanding service! They repaired my valve cover and changed my air filter, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they provided. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. I brought my 2015 Lexus GS350 here due to a really bad misfire in two of the cylinders, and Import Motor Werks is the absolute best. I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was ready, the entire process was seamless and way less stressful than I had expected it to be. Kim reached out shortly after I submitted an inquiry through their website, and they had my car scheduled for a couple days after that. Daniel was the service advisor. Not only did they diagnose the misfire, but they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and found several other critical issues (the car was neglected before I bought it, so I was expecting other problems to arise). I’ve had the car back for a few days now, and it has never run and driven as well as it does now. It feels like a different car. You can clearly tell that Import Motor Werks cares about its customers and their cars. It is expensive (but very reasonably priced for the work), but you’re also paying for the quality that you will not be able to find anywhere else. The team here will absolutely ensure that

World class service! I visited another shop in the area for a estimate and had a horrible experience, so I left them a review, and was scolded with a reply from them. I then visited Import Motor Werks and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. They performed what I needed done in a timely manner, and at a fair and reasonable price. They took great care of my vehicle, and even went the extra mile to deliver my original wheels and tires to my home (they did not fit in my car). Melody and Matt make a great team, as well as Danny, who offered to drop off my wheels at house. Well done!!!!
